薛威先生2008年回国后加入中国康复研究中心工作，继续致力于残疾人康复事业，秉承一贯的工作主旨，在硅胶个性化定制领域为客户提供高质量的产品服务。

Introduction

Silicone House was established by Mr. Xue Wei in 1998, who had created “Silicon Cosmetic Custom Made “and “Rebuilt function” into orthopedic field in China. Mr. Xue Wei Worked in Orthopedic field over 15 years. He had been to American, Netherland, India and Korea for business & technique training, introduce Silicon Scar treatment products including mask neck support and glove into burning clinic.

Mr. Xue Wei was invited worked in Korea since 2005, full cooperation with “Hangang Secret heart Hospital”; provide custom made silicon scar treatment products for burning patients. Also joined 6th APBC (Asia Pacific Burning Congress) in Seoul, present 《Silicon Scar Treatment in Burning》

Mr. Xue Wei had worked in orthopedic field more than 15 years. Service for over thousand patients fitting, especially Silicon cosmetic finger and partial foot, such production with high quality. “Care, Customer, Comfort and Confidence”, 4C is Enterprise concept.

Mr. Xue Wei had returned to Motherland in 2008, joined China Rehabilitation Research Center at the same year, to continue his silicone career, following his 4C enterprise concept, to providing high quality service and products for customer.
